Spring 2014: Part One.

Spring is an exciting time for us to say the least. Winter is officially over, and it's been an especially long cold season here in New Hampshire. It's still chilly, and the New England weather is still not fully ready to let us embrace the new season, but WE'RE SO CLOSE!

May is our most fast-paced month, but the months leading up to Summer gardening are just as exciting for us.

We've been planting for a couple of months. Perennials are planted and growing, and new annual babies are coming in daily, and being planted at this very moment.

We consider ourselves lucky to be able to play in the dirt all winter.

Look how tiny and cute this little annual is!

You can almost feel the electricity in the air as the days become sunnier and warmer, the snow is melting, the plants are growing, and we can't stop smiling.

Kim keeping our houseplants happy with an afternoon drink.

Libby planting little annual plugs. It's amazing how fast they grow!

Mark doing some fixin', happy to be basking in the sun!

Busted, girls! Kim, Cat, and Abby making sure the primrose are picked and watered. Nicely done!

 Say Cheese!
